My phone screen, which lasted about 15 minutes, had a connection that kept dropping. I was surprised the interviewer didn't suggest rescheduling the interview, as it was very difficult to hear the questions being asked.

Long and intense. Four interviews with various members of HR. All the questions were situational. "Tell me about a time you..." It's good to ask questions about their company that you may have.
