Target is a diverse, innovative, and dynamic company. Its fluidity to adapt to change makes it a fun place to shop.
Target is sometimes behind the curve in the use of social media technology. A number of their marketplace competitors do a better job at using technology to enhance the customer shopping experience.
Getting consumers to favorably respond to online surveys is not always in the hands of the employee. Training the employee to be better at providing service takes time. Target should invest in customer service training sessions for employees. Because an employee sounded good in an interview, it doesn't mean that they will naturally be able to provide good customer service. The sessions should be scenario-based and provide solution options in de-escalation and alternative solutions when encountering difficult customers.
You have to prepare your STAR interview in advance. Lots of different situation-based questions will be asked.
Because I interviewed on campus as part of my school's career expo event, I had to do three interviews total: two on campus and one at their headquarters. The first two interviews were basically behavioral questions, such as: * How well do you work
The interview process was fun and easy. I met with the STL, DTL, and HR team leaders, and they asked me a lot of behavioral questions. All in all, the process was smooth and simple.
