Pros

Great people, lots of feedback given if asked for. Self-development is encouraged, good pay with a degree to start, and opportunity to advance if desired.

Cons

Must be willing to relocate if you want to advance. Expect long hours, especially during the holiday season. You can anticipate working 55 to 60 hours regularly, with 70-80 hour weeks during the holiday season.

Feedback is not given as freely as it should be. Self-development is encouraged, meaning they don't try to develop their employees; it's all in the employees' hands.

Advice to Management

Practice what you preach regarding development, feedback, and hours worked per week.
