Somewhat diverse, but it's mostly for show, although they do follow it to a degree.
Like any company, it's team by team, but they generally share their values. With COVID, people are very heads-down, so getting that help through pair programming is hard. Some people don't even reply to DMs on my team.
More diversity; you talk about it a lot, but let's see it in leadership.
