Front End Supervisor
You enter a cold room with a dim light. You will sit for about twenty minutes, and two people will enter: the front-end manager and the hiring manager. They will ask you a number of questions regarding your background and skills.
Front End Manager
Standard experience-based interview. I was invited to meet with two managers. Each used the same questions, and I was then sent out for a drug test. Upon completion of the test, I was offered the position and scheduled for training and orientation.
