Enjoyed working with some great people. There was some training, but it was not always what you wanted to learn or explore. Target has many of the major types of software and hardware for a person to learn on.
There are too many layers of management. It takes too long to make a decision, and when the decision is made, the advantage or window of opportunity has passed.
Flatten the organization chart. Cut out the silos that prevent people from building great virtual teams.
