Moving fast, things are changing. Use new technologies such as Jenkins, Chef, Cassandra, etc.
Too bureaucratic and structured, a corporate environment. Changing, but not fast enough. Bad communication between teams and hard to gain information.
They're doing what they need to do; it just needs time.
