Software Engineering Internship
The technical interview was one hour long. We discussed both behavioral and technical questions to help get a feel for both my personality and skills. I had one interview and am awaiting a decision within the next two weeks.
Engineer
I enjoyed all the conversations I had. The interviewers were well-prepared and had reasonable expectations for the interview. It felt like a good use of time, though it was a multi-step process.

20-minute virtual screen with a rep on Target Tech Talent Day, followed by a final interview. This includes a 45-minute behavioral/technical interview and a 30-minute job shadow. An offer was sent three weeks later.
