Not a good place to grow as a software engineer.
The interview process was long. There were many behavioral-based questions. The same questions were asked in different ways. The process involved several interviews. You met with people from HQ and people from stores.
Starts with a recruiter call. Then another. Then arrangement for a phone screening. Then answer a homework assignment. Then fly to MSP for an onsite interview - three sessions of vetting. Then feedback.
Pretty standard questions, nothing hard. They were personality-based questions, seeming more concerned about fit than skills. Overall, the interview was pretty easy and one-on-one. It wasn't intimidating, though I'm not sure if that's the norm.
