Software Engineer
The process is great. The coding assessment is hard, but the phone interview is easy. The HR representative is friendly. There is hard competition for a junior-level position.

It was the same 3-4 questions, very scripted. Just 3 people of varying levels of management. All were done by phone because I was relocating from one part of the county to another.

The interview process was very easy. The people are very nice and accommodating. They make it seem like the job is a lot of fun. It is only 3 rounds total.
