Target had some great office locations in downtown Minneapolis, and to give them credit, they are working on changing their technology services for the best.
Target chose to relocate their technology services to a suburb outside of downtown Minneapolis, despite overwhelming employee survey responses indicating that employees would not be happy with the move.
Target's goal is to be a fast, fun, and friendly place to work. However, as an employee in Target Technology Services (TTS), this was never the case. The business side of the company seemed to enjoy the best of what Target had to offer. Work on improving the overall culture by working side by side with TTS.
