I spoke to HR person initially who provided a great high-level description of the role and a summary of the company's plans for the future. This was followed by interviews with other members within the QA dept. The interviews were well-structured with time allowed for discussion on various testing topics.

Pros: People are great there. Everyone is so nice and helpful.
Pay is okay, and stock/bonus are nice. Health/dental are good too.
Cons: Upper management needs to understand what is being asked of lower-level employees. Also, being more open with employees would be nice.
