Pros

Great co-workers (depends on your team).

Modern office space and work environment.

Cons

Several rounds of surprise layoffs, even though the company is growing.

Many products are dead or dying.

Will not pay out PTO when you leave.

Advice to Management
  • Tenable lacks vision. Examples include reacting to competitors, failing to capitalize on opportunities, many products are dead or dying, and management fails to anticipate or understand the effects of changes on employees.
  • Your experience at Tenable depends greatly on the team you join.
  • Contribute more to the security community (e.g., find vulnerabilities instead of relying on others).
  • Innovate instead of reacting.
  • Integrate with tools that help customers fix problems instead of just finding them.
  • How will your products help customers defend their assets in the cloud?
