Competitive salary + RSU stocks. Just don't fall under this RSU trap. This can be withdrawn after 1 year of joining, and I have seen a lot of employees who were laid off even before this period.
There is no work-life balance. You will be working 12-15 hours daily. Meetings will be till 2-3 am.
This is the worst company to work for, and the product is not stable.
Management has no sense of prioritizing customer issues.
Prioritize the customer issue. Stabilize the product.
