Process

A recruiter contacted me through LinkedIn. I spoke with him for 30 minutes about the role. He then set up calls for me to talk with technical members of the team.

I spoke with the director first. Then, I spoke with two senior members of the team about technical questions and my past experience. Afterward, I spoke with another staff engineer from the team to answer some technical questions.

The whole interview process was positive. The team is very nice, and the director seems to be a good manager to work for. The company is promising, and I expect it will do very well. I think the team is using an advanced tech stack to keep the database more scalable.

However, I have another offer that will probably fit me better. I had a very positive experience overall.
