Pros: • Collaborative team. Teammates will happily put in extra hours to help you learn and grow. • Meaningful work. No paper pushing here. You will be given work that is important to the product, and others will count on you (and will help you when needed). • Great intern community. Lots of interns all wanting to meet each other and do activities. It's easy to make friends. • Overtime pay. You'll likely be working more than 40 hours, but interns are paid hourly, so it's great.

Cons: - Long work hours. Product dev is volatile. Expect chill weeks (40 hours) and hectic weeks (60-70 hours). - Limited amenities compared to neighboring companies. No meals provided, no free snacks (before COVID, they had cereal). Transit subsidy is limited (at one point, they paid $15/day for biking; not sure if this still exists).

Pros: The learning you'll gain in such a short time is incredible. You're being trained throughout the whole internship. The company culture is a huge open space with great ease of communication. If you do any programming work, you're going to be working a lot, but other internships that rely on a team will have you work only as long as the team, as you can imagine. Free cereal and juice is great.

Cons: Pay is known to be pretty weak comparatively. Just know you're not coming here for the pay at all, otherwise you won't enjoy your time.

Cons: - Understaffed - people can get drastically overworked.
