Instead of being asked the usual questions, I was given three scientific papers to read and had six hours to answer a multiple-choice test.
This was very unusual and did not fit with the things I applied for. They "just" gave me the test.
Everything was in English, even though I applied for a mechanical design internship at Tesla Germany.
