CNC Programmer Interview Experience - San Jose, California

January 1, 2013
Negative ExperienceNo Offer

Process

Five different managers interviewed me over the course of two weeks. After my last interview, I was told that I was the best candidate and HR would finish its paperwork and send me an offer letter soon.

I waited three weeks, but no job offer arrived. When I followed up, I was told that management had decided not to fill the position. What a load of crap!

During the interviews, I was told they were so busy that they expected me to work seven days a week, 12 hours a day. One of the worst management experiences. Don't waste your time.
