The recruiter called me for about 45 minutes. The hiring manager called on Teams for about 1 hour. You were encouraged to turn on your video, but the manager would not, which made me quite uncomfortable.

Cons: Have to put in hard work and long hours, even sometimes on weekends. Lower compensation compared to other companies. Also, benefits and perks at work aren't great. Cereal and soda are free, and about once a month they bring a couple kegs.
