Pros: Amazing benefits, top-of-the-line equipment for engineers, and an unlimited budget to build things your way.

Cons: The only reason I left was due to a manager. I wish I could call him out by first and last name on here so you know to run if you get interviewed by him. This manager had zero interest in our safety and working conditions. He had his priorities all jacked up and made working under him incredibly frustrating. The whole team under him, except for one of us, quit. Instead of investigating why seven people quit within two months, they just decided to hire a new team. Last I heard from my connection, half of the new team already quit too. Tesla is insanely behind on HR dealing with health and management concerns. Also, you're not going to move around here if you thought that was an option. They hire and fill spots so fast. By the time you see the posting, they already have someone in the hiring process and two in the pipeline for when that person inevitably quits.

Pros: Working on cool stuff with good people.

Cons: Pay is not competitive, really.

Pros: It was a great learning opportunity. There was a very fast-paced environment that serves as a playground for learning and development.

Cons: There was a lack of standardization across engineering and sustaining teams.
