The first recruiter call gauged how well of a fit you are to the role. This recruiter then referred me to the hiring manager, where I had a 30-minute technical phone call. They asked me in-depth questions about my experiences. The hiring manager was kind of cold, and the interview didn't really feel like a conversation.
