Here's a summary of the key questions from the interview:
Regarding robots and PLCs, I was asked about my level of understanding. I mentioned my familiarity with robots and PLCs, and they probed further into my conceptual understanding.
I was asked about 8D and Lean tools, such as 5 WHY and Bonefish, and I explained each of these tools.
I was asked to provide an example of when and how I used a tool like 5 WHY. I gave an example, and the interviewer then asked how I evaluated the results.
I was asked about the types of PLCs and PLC software I have used. I stated that I worked with the S7-1200 PLC and Siemens TIA Portal, but my familiarity was limited to simple projects rather than in-depth knowledge.
They also asked about the processes my current company uses to produce parts, and I explained these processes one by one.
