The interview process was pretty straightforward. There was one phone screen with HR and three technical phone interviews with the hiring manager, a technical mentor, and potential coworkers. They also brought me in for one in-person interview, which was more of a personality-fit interview.
After the initial phone interview, the HR contact scheduled the three back-to-back technical phone interviews. Once they were satisfied with those, they brought me in for a personality-fit interview. This meant they wanted to see if my personality would fit with the team. They didn't explicitly state it was a personality interview; I thought it was another technical interview until I finished the in-person meeting and realized they simply wanted to get to know me.
