Pros: I had a blast during my internship. I was able to be around many seasoned engineers and automotive contractors. It was an extremely hands-on internship, with a lot of overtime.
* Good pay as an intern: $28/h + lots of overtime
* Great/understanding bosses
* Hands-on experience
* Non-union
Cons: - Seemed to be a lot of wasted money due to deadlines.
- A lot of shift fluctuations for full-time engineers, and apparently no reimbursement.
- People burnout.
- Way too many managers in areas they are not needed.
- Because of the amount of bodies needed, poor attitudes and a bad workforce were kept on.
