I had an exploratory meeting with the hiring manager, then came in for an on-site interview and factory tour. I had three separate interviews that day. The process took about 5 hours.
In the end, I received no response. I followed up several times, each time being told that the hiring team had not had a chance to discuss my candidacy or determine where I fit.
