Too many bosses for one department! I work in the seat department. When something goes wrong with one of the high-tech tools we use to put Tesla seats together, Tesla needs to have a person they can call who actually knows everything about that tool so it can be fixed or replaced immediately.
Instead of costing the company money, spending three days, and getting at least twenty different people to try to fix a tool they know nothing about, have a backup tool until the broken one is fixed. Actually have one person who knows everything about the tool that could possibly fix it right away! Every minute that tool is down, it is costing the company a lot of money!
