The whole process started with a phone screener with a recruiter, a technical interview, a mechanical fundamentals exam, a second technical interview, and an on-site panel interview. I only got to the exam portion and was then rejected due to my own lack of preparation.

Job titles are fluid, and reorganization of departments happens often, resulting in an unstable work environment.

Elon is essentially unregulated and rewards himself by stacking the board of directors in his favor while limiting compensation increases for the majority of the company.
