After a screening call, aptitude test, and three separate technical interviews (which all went great), I was told they would be extending me an offer.
I was told I would receive the offer as soon as it was reviewed by some executive (no clue why they have executives reviewing every hire).
A few days went by, and I received an email stating the executive had decided to raise the passing grade of the aptitude test. Consequently, I no longer qualified, and they were no longer interested in considering me for any roles.
Complete waste of my time, especially considering the aptitude test was one of the first steps in the process and I had evidently passed it the first time around.
Totally impersonal and unprofessional; would not recommend.
Mostly experience-based questions.
Nothing too crazy for technical questions.
