My interview process included the following stages: * Screen with Recruiter * Sr. Engineer * Hiring Manager * Panel with 5 individual interviews * Sr. Manager * Director This interview process spanned four months.

This was a technical interview for the battery design team. I was asked about a bolt and a heat transfer question. The interviewer was great and definitely very intense. No behavioral questions were asked.

I was reached out to and asked to take an aptitude test online. I was given a few days to study the provided list of topics. Once I passed the aptitude test, I had a preliminary interview with the head of the division I would be working under. Foll
