Received an email that Tesla would like to start the process and asked me to answer some questions. This email also laid out the hiring process, which was useful.
Scheduled a phone call with HR to talk about myself and ask questions about the process. Tesla answered questions well and gave a lot of insight.
The process was:
- Mechanical engineering test
- Technical phone screens
- On-site interview
