Pros: Located away from the downtown location, in the suburbs of York Region. Great bosses, supervisors, and co-workers. A bit on the lower end for engineering internship pay, but in my opinion, it was fair for the responsibilities given to me. Possible remote work depending on your team and responsibilities. A small subsidiary company to Tesla, you will be required to reach out to other teams for communication and problem-solving purposes. The projects are an amazing sight to see once they come to life.

Cons: Like most manufacturing, engineering, and assembly companies, some days can be slow due to problems with the supply chain or slow shipments. It is part of your job to still find ways to be productive or reduce bottlenecks of previous/future tasks.

Pros: This is a competitive company.

Cons: Workload can be high, depending on the team.

Pros: - Nice team atmosphere. - Work-life balance (can get off almost every day before 5 p.m.).

Cons: The team is not very diverse.
