Pros: Located away from the downtown location, in the suburbs of York Region. Great bosses, supervisors, and co-workers. A bit on the lower end for engineering internship pay, but in my opinion, it was fair for the responsibilities given to me. Possible remote work depending on your team and responsibilities. A small subsidiary company to Tesla, you will be required to reach out to other teams for communication and problem-solving purposes. The projects are an amazing sight to see once they come to life.

Cons: Like most manufacturing, engineering, and assembly companies, some days can be slow due to problems with the supply chain or slow shipments. It is part of your job to still find ways to be productive or reduce bottlenecks of previous/future tasks.

Pros: You can find some really great engineers. The benefits are great. Super cool products.

Cons: Famously short delivery timelines, unlimited time off isn't used enough, long hours, and unexpected and frequent late nights.

Pros: The company is innovative and has plenty of resources available for growth. I only had a few weeks to get involved, and not enough time to really comment here.

Cons: No management of contract staff. Most staff seem to be under a lot of pressure to get things done with not much time to interact with new team members. In other words, my supervisor did not take time to introduce me to Tesla's methods of starting a project.
