Pros: Good benefits. Some departments have supervisors that are very comprehensive and know what they are doing. Most departments' working conditions are very good!
Cons: Some departments are very bad and have no growth opportunities. They are super strict for little things. Supervisors help each other, so it’s hard to get a case going sometimes. Some areas of the production line are outside, and we have to smell human feces once or twice a day.

Pros: Benefits are great; most are 100% paid for single people unless taking “gold” level packages.
Inclusive workplace.
Clean as far as factories go.
Earn time off for time worked, not seniority.
All workers in good standing are eligible for bonuses that can be taken as cash or stock that vests over time.
Cons: Horrible transparency.
Reviews are frequently late, and rules change yearly.
Training program lacking.
