Process
The initial phone round went very well. It was a 30-minute interview with a Product Manager.
Following that, I received a follow-up coding challenge, which was the worst part of the process.
I was given a challenge to build a complicated app within 4 hours. This was the worst experience I have ever had. The team really needs to improve its hiring process. I wonder how some individuals obtained their positions in the first place.
