Pros: The company as a whole is great. The headline says it all. They are expanding really quickly, raising salaries, and increasing stock benefits.
Cons: Personally, I've struggled to enjoy my work because my team lacks any passion whatsoever for creating quality software. However, this is unique to my team, and I'm sure there are a lot of passionate developers at Tesla.
