Pros: A fantastic place to work if you are single and ambitious. The long hours are rewarded with a lot of ability to learn, responsibility, and very good pay for your experience level. Not a great place if you want an easy, low-stress, 9-to-5 paycheck.

Cons: Long hours, almost annual mass layoffs, stressful and tight deadline projects.
