The process begins with an HR reach-out via email, followed by a take-home assignment. Next, there are interviews with staff members. The process moves very slowly, with each step taking about a week to advance.

I did two 30-minute interviews and then had to do a writeup about my achievements. Interviews were simple technical questions about embedded and programming concepts, in both C and Python.

Easy take-home coding question. Cleared that and had a virtual interview with a team member. There was a coding round and basic embedded questions. The coding round was easier than expected.
