Hardware Engineer
Initial screen for a HW role with Hiring Manager. Asked about my background and follow-up questions. Culture seems not very good after the layoff. Did not pass. I think I'm not a good match. I'm not sure if they can easily find a good match though

Took a test before the interview. Nothing crazy if you have done circuit design before. Everything is easy to look up as well, so it seemed more like a filter for candidates who don't know much.
