Engineer
The process involved an HR interview followed by a take-home test. The test contained technical questions that had to be submitted. It wasn't too bad. I didn't make it to the next stage, which seemed to be with a manager or department head.
Mechanical Design Engineer
The interview process starts with a recruiter screening. Next is a hiring manager interview. After they give you a design challenge, you have a fixed amount of time to complete it. Then, finally, a panel interview.

The interview was conducted over the phone, during the last part of the process. The interviewer was good, but I had a feeling he was busy. Despite this, he tried to give me enough time to explain and detail all the answers I provided.
