- Easy-going job at first before Elon joined DOGE.
- Decent pay.
- Friendly co-workers.
- You can get a good paycheck if you work hard and do OTs.
- You can transfer to a better team if you work hard and make connections.
- Inflexible work schedule.
- Work hours can go up and down depending on the business's needs.
- Parking at the Fremont factory is terrible. You have to wait for the people from the previous shift to leave first, then you fight with other people for the parking spot.
- The air quality in the factory can be bad because of the dust from the wheels of the cars, oils, and metals, so it's not a healthy place to work long-term.
- Favoritism: Supervisors and managers can be unfair to their members.
- It's a labor job.
- The company is not doing well because of one CEO.
