The available overtime, but it's not worth it.

Management from the manufacturing side is awful. The HR department turnover rate is the worst because your review comes late year after year. They don't recognize people who work hard and are dedicated. They promote lazy people and prevent those who work hard from moving up, because they can't promote people who actually work to a higher position to sit around and do nothing all day.

They need to build a better work culture there. People who are there only care about clocking in and out to get paid. This is why their quality is trash and little improvement is made. It's that simple: if your workers don't care about the quality of time and work they put in, how can they expect the car to be built and repaired with high quality?
