It's Tesla. Coffee is pretty good. Good amount of PTO and other time off.
Rude workforce. Working with mostly children. High level of intelligence causes a high level of missing social skills.
I've seen great employees dismissed due to a malicious call to HR. Stop that from happening.
Teach your people how to be polite because the level of rudeness is over the top from younger employees. If not, then stop preaching during onboarding that we need to show each other respect, because that doesn't happen.
