Extremely difficult. Had 8 interviews over 3 months. Some even went through the whole process, got hired, and still had their offers retracted after giving 2 weeks' notice to their current employment. Very scary.

It was a very good interview with one of the managers. He asked me technical questions related to the role, some based on the seven-principles theory and some on conditional logic.

Referred by an employer. I only faced the first round, as I was not selected for the next step. The interview went on for an hour, sharing about the position, company, and job responsibilities.
