The interview process was extensive but extremely quick. After the career fair, I had an interview the next day, two phone calls, one virtual interview, and then they flew me to Dallas for two more interviews and a dinner with people in the program.
The process was great! They paid for my flight, rental car, hotel room, dinner, and traveler's check to cover any other items. TI takes care of you, and you can tell that they treat all their employees like they matter. They are a top-tier company and definitely show it.
No unexpected questions. Advice is to show strong presentation skills.
