Process

The first interview was with the HR General Manager. It went very well; there were no technical questions, just inquiries about my career goals, the type of position I would like to get once hired, and, most importantly, to rewrite my resume and explicitly state the courses I had taken so far.

The second interview was with HR again and was more detailed. It was regarding my educational background, my strengths and weaknesses, and a brief discussion on my resume.

The third was with my boss (Software Application Manager) and it took approximately one hour. He explained to me what they are doing, asked me what I'm looking forward to doing, the device I would be working on, and also asked about my passions.

The last interview was very in-depth and skills-oriented. I was literally quizzed in the area I would be working on. It was about a one-hour, thirty-minute interview, and it went well.

Questions

In my case, it was not really questions. It was mostly explaining a design process, following some established rules I am supposed to know to accomplish the job efficiently.
