Pros

Relaxed environment and work-life balance

Cons

No career growth.

Continuously get pay suppression, and you absolutely have no choice in what your career will be.

You are at the mercy of management for what position they place you in and have no control or input as to positions you will be placed in.

Advice to Management

Actually listen to feedback regarding the rotation program to fix the high attrition rate. Instead of shooting down feedback and becoming defensive, find the core of the issue and address it.
