Pros

Plenty of interesting challenges and a priority on having an appropriate work-life balance. The profit-sharing bonus has been great the past few years. Managers do care and try to help you develop in your role.

Cons

Many positions are understaffed, so there is a risk of being overworked. The pay is fair, but not quite a plus outside the heavily taxed bonus.

Advice to Management

Don't be afraid to invest more in pertinent resources, both in manpower and equipment. Sometimes sharing of equipment causes delays detrimental to business and product quality.
