It is a big company with lots of business units. The review could also be different depending on the business unit. So this is specific to one business unit.
Overall the company has great benefits. There are some nice people.
Too many layoffs, too hectic at times. I guess that is the character of the industry and not specific to TI. There seems to be a lack of more mature employees to learn from. Lots of young people, which can be good, but it is also good to keep the more experienced ones.
I am guessing they are doing what they think is good for themselves or the company.
Easy personal questions and questions about my resume. No technical questions. The guy was nice, and it was over the phone. I only had the one interview and got the job.
Two stages of interviews. First is with 4 panelists from different departments. Second is with the department that they think is suited to you, based on your resume. The interview is quite long, around 30-40 minutes; however, they are very friendl
Expect the candidate to be a fast learner.
