Pros

Open door policy, well established. Good RD and good sales team. Long-lasting company, and it seems to stay strong for upcoming years. Mature methodologies in problem-solving and management.

Cons

Very cost-driven.

Not competitive in pay and benefits in Asia.

The manufacturing site is valued too much based on cost, instead of its capability in the value chain.
