The interview process was so messy and unorganized.

Initially, I got a call from the Senior Technology Recruiter. When I called back, she rushed the call and sent me a Behavioral Interview request with the hiring manager. Great! Right? Nope.

She provided a date and time for the interview, and I confirmed. She approved and gave me all the necessary info to prepare for the interview. However, the next day, she provided a different date and time in a different email. So, when I emailed back to confirm the actual time, she did not get back to me at all. Then, after a week of ghosting me, she calls me.

She calls me and asks if I could make the meeting later that day, which I couldn't since I already had plans. She then scheduled the meeting via email on another day at 4 p.m. EST, and I confirmed! Great! Right? Still, nope.

On the morning of the interview day, she emailed me, stating that the time changed to 2 p.m. EST instead of 4 p.m., and I had no problem accommodating.

So, when I hopped on the Teams call at 2 p.m. EST, nobody showed up. Five minutes into the video call, I messaged the recruiter to double-check if I had the correct meeting link. No response.

I stayed the entire time, and when the time ended, I emailed the recruiter to see if the hiring manager wanted to reschedule, but no response.

It was so hard to get in touch with the Senior Technical Recruiter, and the process was so messy.
